Looking for Love in all the wrong places
This time, Jesus had to go through Smaria and, on his way, he came to town of Sychar. It was near the field that Jacob had long ago given to his son Joseph. The well that Jacob had dug was still there, and Jesus say down beside it because he was tired from travelling. It was noon and, after Jesus' deciples had gone to town to buy some food, a Samaritan women came to draw water from the well. Jesus asked the Samaritan woman, "Would you please give me a drink of water?"
"You are a Jew," the woman replied, "and I am a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for a drink of water when Jews and Samaritans won't have anything to do with each other?"
Jesus answered, "You don't know what God wants to give you, and you don't know what God wants to give you did, you would ask me for the water that gives life."
"Sir," the woman said, "you don't even have a bucket and the well is deep. Where are you going to get this life giving water? Our ancestor Jacob dug this well for us, and his family and animals got water frome it. Are you freater than Jacob?"
Jesus answered, "Everyone who drinks this water will get thirsty again. But no one who drinks the water I give will eber be thirsty again. The water I give is like a a flowing fountain that gives eternal life."
The woman replied, "Sir, please give me a drink of that water! Then I won't get thirsty and have to come to this well again."
Jesus told her, "Go and bring your husband."
The woman answered, "I din't have a husband."
"That's right," Jesus replied, "you're telling the truth. You don't have a husband. You have already been married five times, and the man you are now living with is not your husband."
The woman said, "Sir, I can see that you are a prophet. My ancestors worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews say Jerusalem is the onlu place to worship."
Jesus said to her, "Believe me, the time is coming when you won't wroship the Father either on this mountain or in Jerusalem. You Samaritans don't really know the one you worship. But we Jews do know the God we worship and, by using is, God will sabe the world. But a time is coming, and it is already here! Even now the true worshippers are being led by the Spirit, and those who worship God must be led by the Soirit to worship Him according to the truth."
The woman said, "I know thethe Messiah will come. He is the one we call Christ. When He comes, He will explain everytihng to us."
"I am that one," Jesus told her, "and i am speaking to you now."
This woman had been married five times and was living with someone else whe wasn't married to. She had been looking for love, acceptance and self-esteem. But through all that, she did not fund it. Then, one day, she met God's son Jesis, and He accepted her. His love was what she had been searching for. Other people in our lives can make s fell loved accepted, but only Jesus can make us feel completely secure.

THE GUY WHO KICKED THE CLIQUES

When God's son Jesus lived on Earth, there were a lot of groups that didn't hang out together. He told a story about one man who helped another person even though they weren't in the same group or cliques. In the story, Jesus was telling a man about how he should act towards others.

An expert in the Law of Moses stood up and asked Jesus a question to see what he would say."Teacher," he asked, "whwat must i do to have eternal life?"

Jesus answered, "What is written in the scriptures? How do you understand them?" strengh and mind.' They also say, "Love your neighbours as yourself." Jesus said, " You have given the right anwser. If you do this, you wil have eternal life." But the man wanted to show that he knew what he was talking about. So he asked Jesus, "Who are my neighbours?"

Jesus replied, " As a man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, robbers attacked him and grabbed everything he had. They beat him up and ran off, leaving him half dead."

"A priest happened to be going down the same road. But when he saw the man, he walked by on the other side. Later a temple helper came to same place. But when he saw the man who had beaten up, he also went by on the other side."

" A man from Samaria then came traveling along that road. When he saw the man, he felt sorry for him and went over to him. He treated his wounds with olive oil and wine and bandaged them. Then he put him on his donkey and took him to a inn, where he took care of him. The next morning he gave the innkeeper two silver coins and siad, 'Please take are of the man. If you spend more than this on him, I will pay you when i return.'

Then Jesus asked, "Which one of these three people was a real neighbour to the man who was beaten up by robbers?"

The teacher answered, "The one who showed pity."

Jesus said, " Go and do the same!"

The Samaritan was very brave because he stood up for someone who was not in his group. He could have been rejected by his people, but he knew the most important thing to do was to help the man who was in trouble. Are you brave enough to be that kind if friend to someone - to stand up for someone who is getting made fun of or to talk to someone who is going through a hard time that you can relate to? Jesus is that kind of friend, and He wants to do those things for you. He is just waiting for you to take.

IT TAKES ONE TO KNOW ONE
Keeping a friend means being a friend. Wanna know six steps to becoming a friend others can count on?
~Sometimes misunderstandings take place... so understand all your friend~
Friends are supposed to watch your back so, when they dump on you, it can really hurt. But they are there for you, it can be the collest feeling in the world.
1) Treat friends like you want to be treated
Putting yourself in your friend's kicks is the first and biggest step towards a stellar friendship. Once you have this one down, everthing else gets that much easier!
Just think about what you want in a friend, and then be that preson to others. A friend is someone who helps you, encourages you, humors you and likes to hang out with you.
A friend is someone who stays with you till the end, womeone who is not a backstabber. A good friend is loyal, helpful, caring, and can keep a secret.
When you have a friend who is dealing with a tough situation, imagine what you would feel like if you were in her place. Think about what you would want a friend to do for you in such a sitch, and then do exactly that for your friend. When you treat others the way you want to be treated, you become the best friend anyone could imagine.
"Treat others as you want them to treat you. This is what the Law and the Prophets are all about."
2) Get over the groups
The quickest way to put the brakes on a friendship before it even revs up is to think you are better than someone else. Maybe you are advoiding someone because he is not in the same group, or clique, even though you know you could probably help him with something he is going through or just be his pal. You never know, his friendship might turn out to be priceless.
3) Be slow to poit fingers
When someone does something wrong, the first thing people often want to do is point it out to them or someone else. Feel like fingerpointing? HOLD UP! First, decide why you want to point out someone's flaws. Is it because you care about the person, or is it because you care about the person, or is it because you feel superior when others slip up?
Even if a friend has thrown you under the bus, trying to retaliate by painting that person in a bad light is just wrong. You want to be a great friend, right? Well, a great friend wouldn't do that. When someone hurts you or does something wrong, let your anger simmer down before you do or say things you would not normally do or say. Remember that the way you treat others is often how you will treated in return!
If you need to confront the person about what he did, talk to him about it - alone, not in front of the crowd. There are times, though, when happened, especially if someone physically hurt you or threatened you. Try talking to your parents or, yes, even a teacher.
4) Be secretive
A cool wat to be a super friend is to do something nice for someone on the sly. It's always fun to get a secret surprise from a friend and to try to figure out who the culprit is. And if you do things without expecting to have roses thrown at you for it, one day, you'ss get a better thanks than you ever imagined!
5) Take a risk - care enough to tell
If a friend you care about is making careless decisions, it's important to have the courage to talk to him about it. Even though it might seem bossy to tell a friend he needs to change, it's often the right thing to do. In the end, he might even thank you!
Good friends always tackle tough situations head-on because they care about doing what's right more than care they care about being rejected. And helping a friend will almost always make you fell great!
6) Be thrustworthy
It might sound hokey, but honesty is the best policy. And it's a major must if you want to be a friend others and that you will never betray them.
A good friend will always try to do those things, and there is one friend you can have who will always suceed! That person is Jesus, God's Son, and Heis the best friend you could ask for because not only does He want what is best for you, He also has the power to make it happen. Jesus loves you unconditionally, and He will always be there for you. He wants to be your friend, and that's why He came to Earth 2000 years ago. He came to show His love and to invite people to have a friendship with Him.

~Birthdae Reminder~

YAY!!! My birthdae!!! hahax. Time passes so fast at times and at times when u wan it to be fast, its slow... hahax. I wish i can stay happy always and cheerful like i was last time... hahax. I stayed jus for this moment after 1 year. So i have to wait for another year to be a year older... hahax. Its fun jus getting excited for exactly 12 midnite and than go sleep after that. WOW, 1 more min and......... DING DONG!!! 12 mid night le!!! Now, im officially 14 years old!!! YAY!!! hahax.... Oh ya, happy birthdae to david beckham's son, Romeo, whose birthdae is the same as mememe!!! hahax. HAPPY BIRTHDAE ROMEO!!! hahax...
